After receiving the authorized Demand Letter from the respective company, the documents are presented for pre-permission / labor-approval to The Department of Labor in Nepal, who then analyze the document and approve for further processing.

This process can take up to 3 days.

The approved demand letter received from The Department of Labor in Nepal is then marketed by Khumbu Overseas Pvt Ltd via various online and offline sources including; social media (khumbu overseas official facebook page), newsletter and Tv news to gather interest for the potential opportunity.

This process can take 1-3 days.

Interested candidates are then called up to the Khumbu Overseas Pvt Ltd office in Sinamangal, Kathmandu for screening. Eligible candidates then go through a brief Orientation from Khumbu Representative.

This process usually takes 4-7 days.

Eligible candidates that pass the basic screening/ orientation are then Interviewed directly by the Employer or their Representative in person for the employer to verify their eligibility.

Depending on the Recruiter’s availability this process may be online via skype or zoom virtual calls and is usually completed in 1-2 business days.

Selected candidates from the Interview then go through a thorough Medical Screening via a government of nepal authorized medical centre. Candidates who are proven physically, mentally and medically fit can only proceed to the next step.

This process should take no longer than a couple business days.

Documents for medically eligible candidates such as passport copies, photographs, medical report, experience certificate etc are then sent to the Employer for confirmation.

This process make take up to a couple weeks for the Employer to receive and verify all documents.

Upon verification from the employer, the passport of the selected candidates are then sent for visa endorsement.

This process takes (5-8) days

All the necessary documents of selected candidates like original passport, visa copy (original if not issued online), medical report, orientation certificate, insurance policy are submitted in Labor Department of Nepal for final approval and immigration clearance. The Department of Labor analyzes the documents and provides final approval.

This process takes 3-5 days.

After receiving the job offer or employment visa, the orientation classes are compulsory organized by Government Registered technical institute of Nepal which provide full information about law and orders, immigration policy and religion of respective country. It helps to create awareness and make cordial relation between employer and employee. Besides this we give full information about the company, work place, job description etc before flight.

This process is 1-2 days long.

Once everything is in place candidates travel to their designated company to start their jobs.
